Using a real application running on his remote computer, the presenter will guide you with images and words through the products, their functionalities or services. He can also allow you to actually “download” our products and experience the work in actual environment.
TeamViewer will enable Help Desk staff to solve your issue online or to explain your questions about our products and services.
Clicking the DOWNLOAD TEAMVIEWER button will launch TeamViewer, or allow it to be saved with a subsequent launch (no installation required). Upon launch, the presenter will dictate to you a secure unique code that will allow you to view the desktop of our presenter.
